Description
Join us for an engaging session focused on adolescent mental health in rural communities. This session explores the unique mental health challenges facing adolescents in rural South Carolina and examines how adolescent well-being impacts long-term health outcomes. Participants will engage in discussion about collaborative, evidence-based interventions and learn how interprofessional approaches can address the mental health needs of rural youth. This session highlights the meaningful impact healthcare providers can make by choosing to practice in South Carolina's medically underserved communities.
